Vessel to afterlife
The sprinkle of blue sparkle
Off the lapis lazuli sky
A throw of stars
From the full moonlight
We will see an abundance
While rowing the waves
Of mighty River Nile
The great colossal tombs ever erected
Guarded by sphinxes
Coffins laying underneath
With silent mummies sleeping
Waiting for the call to be awaken
Workers tolled hour by hour
Block by block
No pulleys, no cranes
They moved mountains
Devoid of bulldozers
Slavery paid wonders of the world
Its mere sweat and blood erected the Great Giza
The loud scream of oars
Breaking the shore
Reaching in and out
To the pyramid foundations
The vessel to the afterlife
One dozen milky ways
Hover in rhythm
Over this stone knot
The stars sit on the top
When Uraeus sleeps
Without the pyramids moving
Beneath the moon mural
The silent moon takes a pause
Humming the prehistoric lullabies
When the Isis and Horus
Light the menorahs in the blue-black sky.
